    Arrivals and Answered Prayers.

Well, we've been in Japan now for eight days and it's been amazing to see how things have progressed.  We will begin actual ministry tomorrow where mom will preach the first service we have this second trip.  We got everyone off the plane and took advantage of things that we had no idea could work when we were first here last year.  Sending the bags via the delivery service was really a great blessing.  We then took the train to get to where we needed to go.  It's a long, long ride to get where we're staying.  The team got to feel the crush of rush hour on the trains where there's literally no room to move a muscle and we're packed like sardines on the train.  Last time we went through this many times...sometimes there's a guy outside that uses a stick to shove more in as they come.  I've heard stories of people that get their ribs broken as they're lifted off their feet by the sheer crush of humanity...this is Tokyo!  We had a long soggy walk to the house we rented for mom and the team but finally we got them settled in.  Over the last couple of days we've showed them the ropes of going to the store and using the "Suica" cards to scan and catch the train to where you want to go.  I remember pastor Andayan in the Philippines saying that the first time you go to a nation it's like entering a jungle with a machete and then as you go again and again the road gets wider and better developed and eventually it's like a highway with a limo...I miss him so much and think of him prophesying on a little boat on the way to Leyte.  His small frame shook as he shouted the word of God.  I believe we've brought a piece of pastor Andayan with us here to Japan.  I have some pictures that I will share as I can.  We've had the net today which is a huge blessing.  God is moving on here and I know we're all excited to see what's next.
